JOSHUA GAYMAN is a licensed Arizona Realtor and the founder of MyPadAZ. Joshua attended college at Southern Oregon University, where he studied finance and economics in addition to playing collegiate football for the Raiders. A driven and caring individual, Joshua entered into a finance career in 2005 and quickly gained both the insight and the contacts to play an effective role in housing on both the local and the national levels. Having formed personal relationships with multimillion dollar private investors and also banking executives, Joshua has created a platform and a system to provide housing solutions to homeowners in Arizona. Since 2009, Joshua Gayman has helped over 100 families in the Phoenix market avoid foreclosure, with a large percentage getting to remain in their home. Joshua prides himself on building a business that is committed to putting families and the community first.
Joshua was born in Portland, Oregon and graduated from Glencoe High School. When not helping homeowners, Joshua spends his time with his wife and 3 kids. Joshua also plays Semi-Professional football for the Scottsdale Vipers of the AZFL. Joshua and his family reside in the beautiful City of Scottsdale in Maricopa County, Arizona.
In 2008, Heather joined an up-and-coming Short Sale team and helped them grow to one of the top Short Sale teams in the country. Heather directed all of the Transaction Management, Accounting,Operations, and implementation of new systems for that team for three years. In 2011, after obtaining her Real Estate Broker’s license, Heather decided to move out on her own and handle Transaction Management and Short Sale Negotiations for a select few Top-Producing agents around the valley.She brings not only her vast real estate and short sale knowledge, but also business development, and processes for systems and accounting.
Heather spends much of her spare time in school working toward a degree in Transformational Psychology and Life Coaching. She also enjoys spending time with her family and furry children.
Working in the mortgage industry for the last 14 years, Tami has helped thousands of Arizona residents on their path to home-ownership. She takes pride in helping a family to find the mortgage product best suited to their financial needs and strives to provide superior customer service.
Working with MyPadAZ from the start, she knows the importance of communication with all parties in a real estate transaction. She is a firm believer in up-front and direct communication to ensure on-time closings and satisfied customers.
In addition to her dedication to the mortgage industry, Tami is a dedicated family woman. She has been married 24 years and is the proud mother of two grown children. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking, and cooking.
